Rules of Conduct
Lagunasuite hotel&wedding takes this opportunity to welcome you and to invite you to make full use of our facilities. Our accommodations and facilities are operated under international hotel standards. The management graciously requests the rules of conduct shown below be observed to provide for a more pleasant stay. Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact the management at any time.
Fire Prevention
- Please do not use any appliance for cooking, ironing or heating in the guest rooms.
- Please refrain from smoking in bed.
- Please refrain from any activity that could lead to a fire.
For Your Safety
- When you leave the room while you are staying, be sure to confirm locking the door, and please take the room key.
If you hope, please bring the room key at the front desk.
When you lost the room key, we will charge 1,100 yen (tax included) as reissuing payments. - While in your room, please lock the door and fasten the door chain. Before allowing visitors into the room, please use the door scope to identify the party. Please call the front desk should any suspicious parties attempt entry into your room.
- Please do not allow to meet a visitor in a guest room.
- Please exercise caution when using elevators and please do not allow children to use these facilities unattended.
Valuables
- Please manage whether cash, valuables have you leave it with the front desk with an owner. About managerial responsibility of the valuables which did custody at the front desk, I shall follow lodging article 14.
- According to Japanese law, the hotel takes the appropriate measures when dealing with lost and found items.
- The storage of baggage in the cloak will be only the day when you left it.
Payment
Payment of charges incurred shall be made in currency, traveler's checks, coupons or credit cards recognized by the hotel, when arrival or this hotel requested it. Personal checks are not accepted.
For your safety and the safety of other guests, please refrain from the following activities;
- Bringing animals or birds, offensive smelling items, gasoline, explosives or incendiary materials or illegal items into the hotel.
- Gambling or any activities which disrupt public modesty or order. (Behavior against Article 5 of Provisions Governing Accommodations)
- Use of the guest room for any purpose other than accommodation, eating or drinking.
- Rearranging the furniture or fixtures within the hotel.
- Displaying items from the hotel windows which may damage the external appearance of the hotel.
- Use of the hotel for the solicitation of business of any type unless specifically authorized.
- Please do not invite visitors to your guest room.
